Explore South West Michigan by bicycle. There are options for both trail riding (both paved and unpaved) and road riding from the hotel. The Kal Haven Sesquicentennial State Park Trail runs 34.5 miles through nine towns that were part of an old railroad corridor, and itself is a state park. The trail offers beautiful scenery through woods and small towns, and views of wildlife if you pay attention. You can also bike from the hotel to the LakeShore Connector Path which runs 20 miles north to Grand Haven along western shore of Lake Michigan or south to Saugatuck. Enjoy the beach a short bike ride or drive from the hotel at the Holland State Park. In nearby Saugatuck, Michigan, Oval Beach, nestled among towering sand dunes and the winding Kalamazoo River, has been rated as one of the top 5 beaches in the country. Look forward to a fresh, invigorating stay at the City Flats Hotel, where each ecco-friendly guest room is uniquely decorated. The hotel located close to restaurants and shopping in downtown Holland, Michigan, a city alive with diverse cultures and a rich Dutch heritage.
