So unless you have a specific health concern or issue, e-bikes may not be necessary. Payment for the e-bike will be calculated in your final payment.
Note On Exchange Rates: the final price will be adjusted for any change in the cost of the trip resulting from an increase (or decrease) in the exchange rate, as well as any change in the cost of an e-bike rental, if you select that add-on.
Note on Minimum Registrations:: We will need a minimum of 21 paid registrations by November for the trip to proceed. If the trip is cancelled because of too few sign-ups or if you choose or need to cancel before November, your deposit will be fully refunded. After November, the Club will not be able to refund your deposit or any other money’s paid thereafter.
Note on Trip Insurance: While “all cause” trip insurance that covers cancellation due to CV-19 would be highly recommended, we have not found such a policy so far. However, there is "Cancellation for Any Reason" Insurance that would provide coverage at a higher price point. If your research finds better options, could you please share this information with the trip leader.
Travel to Germany: Germany has recently opened to tourists from the US that are fully vaccinated. You must show your proof of vaccination but you need not quarantine or be tested as long as you have not travelled to one of their restricted countries recently. Since the trip has been postponed, we will update the travel policy to and from Germany as necessary.
