Trips and Events - Month View
The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.
Wednesday April 3 is the date to take a hike on the Lakefront starting at the Shedd Aquarium (parking available) - maybe see Spring/Summer flowers and trees blooming in the harbors – to Lincoln Park’s Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, then return. Start at 10:00, end at 3:00 with a lunch in between at Lincoln Park. Sign up for this lovely walk/hike to see our glorious lakefront in bloom. Hike originally planned for Burnham Harbor to Lincoln Park – too many miles!
Greek Islands will be the location for a gathering of LSSC members and friends for a wonderful taverna style dinner in Greek Town. $49.50 includes complete meal, tax and tip. Cash bar from 6:30 to 7:30 is extra. Parking in restaurant lot included – just tip! This is an always popular dinner and an annual tradition.
Please join us to recognize our LSSC volunteers, review the 2023/2024 year of events and learn about our 2024/2025 upcoming spring, summer and future events. The presentation will begin at 7:30. This will be a free event to both members and non-members. Food and Drink will be available to order and pay on your own.
